We offer standard and express shipping. The price depends on your delivery address. Orders with an order value over 200 euros are free of shipping costs. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method you choose at checkout.

What is your return policy?

We offer a hassle-free return policy. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund. The item must be unused and in its original condition. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. When choosing your return, make sure to use insured shipping with tracking.

Is it possible to exchange an item?

To exchange an item you can simply return your item and place a new order. Please note that every order and return has an impact on our environment. We ask that you do not order multiple sizes of the same item. Use our size chart to find your perfect size. If you are unsure about an item, you can always contact our support.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Every order at CREAM is shipped to our branded packaging. For personalized greetings, you can add special words to your order for free at checkout.

What materials do you use for your products?

We use a variety of materials depending on the product. We prioritize sustainability and use materials such as organic cotton, recycled polyester, and hemp whenever possible. We also offer materials such as silk, wool, and leather for some products. You can find the exact composition of our fabrics as well as the country of origin on the Care Label of our products.

How do I know what size to order?

We provide a size chart on each product page to help you determine the best size to order. We recommend measuring yourself and comparing your measurements to the size chart for the best fit. If you are unsure about the fit, you can always contact our support via email or Instagram.

Can I cancel or modify my order after it's been placed?
